Six matters that should be paid attention to during aging of aluminum extruded profiles
1.The aluminum profile should be placed in the same furnace for aging treatment according to the material, thickness, size, hardness and performance requirements of the same and similar aluminum profile.The aging aluminum profile shall be operated strictly in accordance with the aging process corresponding to the furnace profile, and shall not be altered without authorization or handled perfunctorily.
2. Pay attention to the operation of circulating fan and circulating cooling water, closely observe the ignition and heating, temperature rise error, temperature rise speed and heat preservation, and pay attention to the lifting and sealing of the furnace door.
3.High temperature combustion environment, pay attention to oil, gas leakage, ventilation, pay attention to safety.
4.Hoisting loading and unloading frame pay attention to drop material, pay attention to driving and material frame with their own safe distance.
5.The aluminum aging furnace is strictly prohibited to stay personnel, must enter the furnace work must do the corresponding protection, and there must be adults outside observation and protection.No combustible and explosive substances should be brought into the furnace. It is strictly prohibited to be used for baking, heating, sleeping and other non-productive purposes.
6.The profiles with different post-processing requirements shall not be mixed and framed, but shall be transferred to each production department respectively according to the post-processing requirements together with the flow card (manufacturing summons).Record all forms truthfully in order to check.When you are on shift, you should explain the situation of your shift face to face.
