3.PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The building has a history of one hundred years, has the typical European-style. All the original old windows have been damaged. Need to replaced with new ones.
Design, Measurement, Production, Delivery, Installation are all responsible by us.

5.ORIGIN OF THE PROJECT
Sainty Aluminum is a China top Aluminum factory with 1000 staff members total area over 100,000 square meters. Focus on building aluminum and industry aluminum both, Supply aluminum extrusion, aluminum windows and doors over 15 years. Customization is our biggest advantage.
The owners of the project used Google and Alibaba platforms to search manufacturers.
After comparing many suppliers and visiting factories. Finally decided to cooperate with us because of our mature technology and professional team.
6.PROBLEMS OCCURRED DURING PROJECT NEGOTIATION
1) Design issues
The project is to replace the old doors and windows with new ones.
We made molds to match owner’s requirements. Specific requirements were discussed when clients visit our factory as well.
Because of the large quantity and specification of windows. We arranged two surveyors fly to the UK site to carry out data measurements one by one.
Then engineers made drawings and submits it to customers for approval.
2) material Issues
Because the size of one window is too big--18002690mm(WideHeight).
The reliability of materials needs to be considered when designing and manufacturing. Therefore, we specially processed customized materials for this project.
Most importantly, we made multiple samples for free and sent it to the laboratory for testing. --Waterproof,deformation and sound insulation test.
3) Processing and Assembly issues
We met to study the processing and assembly problems that may arise during the production.
In order to be able to meet customer requirements, we have specially purchased a batch of German high-precision machines.To keep tolerance and quality perfect.
After many trials and assembly, the perfect angle was finally debugged. At the same time, it can ensure the tightness.
4) Machining issues
Engineer made machining drawings according to installation requirements.
Then make installation holes.
5)Installation issues
Our professional installation team flew to the UK site for installation work.
Or the local installation team can be introduced as well.
7.The Ventilation part which is very famous in UK.
1) We specialize in making molds and producing ventilations based on samples given by customers.
2) This is very famous and widely used in the UK. In this case, you will no need to punch holes in the glass.
3) It can be installed directly on the window or door frame, which is beautiful and breathable.
